Assessment scope and limitations
getohdit helps you understand observable website gaps and prioritise improvements. It is a technology service operated by Akkord (Pty) Ltd, not a law firm, regulator or certification body. An assessment does not establish organisational compliance, certify security or predict enforcement.
What you receive
A point-in-time review of public pages and signals we can retrieve, with observations, evidence and suggested next steps. Your engagement defines scope, price and delivery arrangements. Access restrictions, service failures and unavailable evidence can limit coverage. Sample reports use fictional, illustrative data and are not proof of client results.
What remains uncertain
- Private systems, client files, internal policies, operator contracts and actual business practices are outside the standard assessment. Active penetration testing is excluded.
- Automated browsers and AI models can miss pages, misread context or produce incorrect interpretations. A failed request or missing public notice does not prove a control is absent.
- Scores are internal priority indicators, not probabilities of a breach, fine or financial loss. Incomplete assessments can have different scoring bases.
- Search and AI answers vary by query, model, date and location. Rankings and citations are not guaranteed.
- Public pages cannot establish lawful processing, practitioner qualifications or private consent records. Legal references and proposed wording need review by your own qualified advisers. Internal review is not independent attorney verification.
- Delivery depends on access, external services, scope and review. A universal one-hour report or three-week build is not promised.
Data and commercial interests
Public pages can contain personal information. Content may be processed by external retrieval, AI, hosting and delivery providers, including outside South Africa. Public availability does not remove privacy obligations. Confirm providers, processing terms and retention arrangements before an engagement involving personal information. Do not submit confidential client material, credentials or special personal information.
The same business offers paid website and automation services through Forge and may benefit if you commission it. You may use your own provider; buying a website is optional. Testimonials and public client references are optional and require separate approval.
Corrections and rights
Email hello@getohdit.co.za with the report and check references if a finding appears incorrect. We will review the evidence and correct it where warranted. Send privacy, access, correction or deletion requests to privacy@getohdit.co.za. Applicable retention obligations may limit deletion.
