Content freshness review

When did your website last say something new?

Brands stay active on social but leave their website to stale. We compare content freshness across every channel - because stale web copy undermines everything your social channels say today.

Social channels are active and consistent - the gap is your owned web content.
The credibility gap: active social, stale website.

When a prospect checks your website after seeing your social content, they expect the same energy. Stale copy signals a brand that’s stopped investing. We flag every page where the website message conflicts with or lags behind what your channels are saying today.

What we collect

Raw intelligence, structured.

Every assessment sweeps seven data layers. Nothing is estimated - everything is pulled directly from your live digital footprint.

Social Posts & Comments

Up to 6 months of public posts, replies, and engagement metrics across platforms - tone, frequency, and audience response patterns.

Brand Voice & Tone Signals

Language consistency, sentiment variance, formality drift, and off-brand language clusters extracted from published content.

Visual & Identity Assets

Logo usage, colour palette adherence, typography consistency across web, social, and linked brand properties.

Legal & Readiness Markers

POPIA notices, cookie disclosures, Terms of Service completeness, and CPA-relevant consumer-facing language.

Security & Infrastructure

HTTP headers, TLS configuration, DNS records, third-party script exposure, and WAF presence - the trust layer under your brand.

SEO & Discovery Signals

Schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, meta completeness, and structured data - how search engines read your brand.

The process

How your report is generated.

Four stages - from live data collection to a prioritised 90-day action plan - all automated, no consultant markup.

01Collect

Automated crawlers sweep your website, social profiles, and linked properties. Raw data is normalised into structured records - no manual input required.

02Analyse

A multi-LLM panel (Gemini, GPT-4o, Claude) scores each pillar independently. Divergent scores trigger a tiebreaker pass - reducing single-model blind spots.

03Score

Pillar scores are weighted and combined into an overall Brand Health Index. Each finding is classified by severity: Critical, High, Medium, Low.

04Recommend

Critical and High findings are mapped to specific remediation steps. The output is a concrete 90-day action plan ordered by impact - not a generic checklist.

Proprietary Intelligence

Insights no other brand assessment delivers.

Four analysis modules purpose-built for brands, commerce, and companies - going far beyond vanity metrics to turn your digital presence into a measurable, revenue-generating asset.

Mobile Device Simulation

Your social audience lands on mobile. Is your site ready?

When a customer taps your TikTok or Instagram link, they arrive on mobile - often on a slow connection, with a thumb, in a crowded feed context. We simulate that exact journey: slow 3G, real viewport sizes, touch interaction, and load time - before they ever arrive.

  • Simulated load across slow-3G, fast-3G, and LTE - the real conditions of social traffic
  • Touch target sizing and tap accuracy review on product and booking flows
  • Above-the-fold content and CTA visibility on 375px, 390px, and 430px viewports
  • Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) measured specifically under mobile social referral conditions

FAQ

Questions brands ask before auditing

What is a brand digital risk audit?

A brand digital risk audit is a structured, evidence-based assessment of a business's entire online footprint - website, social profiles, reputation signals, security posture, SEO health, and AI search visibility. getohdit's version runs seven automated pillars and returns a scored PDF report with verbatim findings from your live site, not generic recommendations.

Why does POPIA apply to a small business or brand website, not just law firms?

POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013) applies to any South African organisation processing personal information, regardless of size or sector. Contact forms, newsletter signups, and chatbots on a brand's website all count. Enforcement generally begins with an enforcement notice requiring remediation; failing to comply with that notice is what exposes the business to an administrative fine, capped at R10,000,000 under Section 109(2)(c). Fines issued by the Information Regulator to date have ranged from R100,000 to R5,000,000, and there is no small-business exemption.

What does AI search visibility mean for a brand?

AI search visibility measures whether assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok mention your brand - accurately and favourably - when users ask relevant questions. getohdit probes these platforms directly and returns an AI Affinity Score (0–100). A low score means AI answers are recommending competitors instead of you.

How is this different from a standard brand or social media audit?

Most brand audits check follower counts and posting cadence. getohdit cross-references your website against POPIA obligations, tests security headers and chatbot vulnerabilities, benchmarks content freshness across your website and social platforms, and probes multiple AI assistants for citation accuracy - producing evidence-grade findings, not opinion.

How long does a brand audit take?

Most brand audits complete in under an hour of submission. You receive the full report via a secure link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

How much does a brand digital risk audit cost?

One report, one price: Brand Complete at R5,950, once-off. Every pillar, six months of social media history, a passive security review and a 90-day remediation roadmap are included - there is no cheaper tier that leaves findings out.

getohdit is a technology platform, not a law firm. Reports are informational only and do not constitute legal advice.
